GemCrusty is free to play. Optional purchases such as downloadable content (DLC) and in-app purchases ("Purchases") are processed entirely by the platform you play on — Steam, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. HAABIZ-X CO., LTD. does not process payments directly, so refunds are handled through the platform where the purchase was made, under that platform's policy.
Valve offers refunds for games and DLC requested within 14 days of purchase and with less than 2 hours of play time (for DLC: if it has not been consumed, modified, or transferred), per the Steam Refund Policy. Request a refund at help.steampowered.com.
Purchases made on iOS are subject to Apple Media Services Terms. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple makes the final decision on App Store refunds.
Purchases made on Android follow the Google Play refund policy. You can request a refund through your Google Play order history. Google makes the final decision on Play Store refunds.
All purchases of virtual currency and virtual items are final. Items that have been delivered or consumed are non-refundable, except where required by the applicable platform policy or by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence. Unused virtual currency or items are not refunded upon account termination, inactivity, or discontinuation of the Game, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any goodwill refund or in-game compensation we may choose to offer is at our sole discretion, is not an admission of any obligation, and does not create a precedent.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that was properly delivered is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of all virtual items while the dispute is investigated.
