Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your GemCrusty account (where applicable) and the personal data associated with it, as operated by HAABIZ-X CO., LTD.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account — GemCrusty" and include:

  • The platform you play on (Steam / iOS / Android)

  • Your in-game player ID or account identifier (if any)

  • The email address linked to your account (if any)

We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Account and profile information (username, email, linked social accounts)

  • Game progress and save data stored on our servers (if any)

  • Analytics identifiers associated with your account

What May Be Retained

  • Purchase and transaction records, as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations

  • Data necessary for fraud prevention or to comply with applicable law (e.g., Thailand's PDPA), retained only as long as legally required

  • Data held by the distribution platform (Steam, Apple, Google) is governed by that platform and must be requested from them separately

Local Save Data

Save data stored only on your own device or in your platform cloud (e.g., Steam Cloud) can be removed by uninstalling the Game and deleting the save files or cloud data via your platform's settings.
